Working your way out of a ‘Dead End Job’

It’s not unusual for some people to get frustrated with their current job, especially if they feel as though they are not progressing, learning new skills or getting anywhere.

If you want to begin to work your way out of a ‘dead end job’ then you’re going to have to actively seek new opportunities in every minute of your free time. You may only get one or two days of work a week, and if that is the case then you should spend those days applying for position that suit you and show signs of progress.

You may find that a new career entirely is the best way out of a dead end job, yet this will still require a job search on the side, and ideally you should only leave one job when another is in the pipeline.
